License and source
Repository material is licensed under Apache License 2.0. Canonical skills live under skills/<category>/<skill>/. Generated plugin projections and archives are distribution outputs, not a second source tree. Do not edit generated plugin copies as if they were canonical.
Harness-first plugin
The package is reusable skill instructions and resources. It has no backend, MCP server, connectors, authentication, telemetry, analytics, hidden network calls, or runtime downloads. Use it only within the capabilities, permissions, approvals, and policies of the installing client and host.
Your responsibility
Review outputs before you rely on them. The package does not promise correctness, availability, security, public listing, or compatibility beyond the surfaces and evidence recorded for a release. You remain responsible for how you apply skill output in your repositories and systems.
Distribution
Installing from this repository, a personal marketplace, a workspace, a GitHub release, or standalone npx skills is a local or distribution path. None of those is approval or publication in OpenAI's public plugin directory. Directory submission, review, and publication require separate external authority.
